"Driver was actually 15 mimutes early which was great and appreciated. He contacted me earlier that day he was on his way and approximate arrival time at port. Since pick up time was 8:30 am text was early in am. He helped with luggage at port since he parked a ways from where we indicated we were standing but we had one in our party standing ahead as we noticef cars were pulling in to pick up as spots became available. My sister noticed his license plate and told hm we were standing with all luggage further up with crowds of other people. He walked towards us with sister and took some luggage in hand to take us to his car. Drove us safely to airport. Gave tip to driver at end of trip. We are not UK citizens."
